Download a DVD Decoder to watch movies on your PC

There are a few good solutions when it comes to choosing a DVD Decoder for your Windows 7, Vista, or XP machine. There is a good list of reviews over on this DVD Decoder Review page. Personally I use Roxio CinePlayer plugin, which is just an app that installed into Windows Media Player to allow DVD playback. It's cheap and simple to setup.
